By installing the Sort Creator Chrome extension or paying for a Sort Creator subscription, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the product.
Sort Creator is a Chrome extension and companion API that scrape publicly visible profile data on TikTok and Instagram, score creators on a 0–100 algorithm, and export results to CSV/JSON/Excel/Google Sheets. It is sold as a monthly subscription with three tiers (Solo / Agency / Enterprise) listed at sortcreator.vercel.app/#pricing.
Billing is handled by Lemon Squeezy. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until canceled. Cancel any time via the Lemon Squeezy customer portal — your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not store your payment details; Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record.
Each paid subscription is issued one license key. The key activates the extension's Pro features (transcription, MCP server, batch queue beyond 10 creators) on a single install at a time. You may transfer the key to a new install by deactivating the old one in your Lemon Squeezy account.
You agree to use Sort Creator only with data that is publicly visible on TikTok and Instagram. You must not:
You are responsible for your own compliance with TikTok's and Instagram's Terms of Service. Sort Creator surfaces data those platforms make publicly accessible to any logged-in user; we do not bypass authentication, signing, or paywalls.
Sort Creator displays data sourced from TikTok's and Instagram's own APIs. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of that data. Creators may delete posts, change handles, or be suspended at any time. Scores are based on a transparent algorithm but are estimates, not guarantees of future performance.
Sort Creator is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, SPR Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity arising from use of the product. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
The extension, MCP server, and landing site source code are © SPR Labs. The repository is publicly viewable at github.com/jacobsprake/sortedcreators for reference; you may inspect but not redistribute or fork-and-resell as a competing product.
We may suspend or terminate your subscription if you violate these terms (especially Section 5). On termination, your license key is revoked and Pro features stop working at the next validation cycle (within 24 hours). Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes are communicated via the email address tied to your Lemon Squeezy account at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Milan, Italy.
Reply to your Lemon Squeezy billing receipt to reach support. We respond within 24 hours.
