Email us by replying to your Lemon Squeezy billing receipt within 14 days of your initial purchase or any subsequent renewal. Include your license key and a sentence about what didn't work for you (optional but helps us improve). We process refunds within 2 business days.
Alternatively, log into Lemon Squeezy's customer portal and request a refund directly. Same outcome.
You can cancel a subscription any time — that prevents future charges. You can also refund a recent charge within 14 days. These are separate actions. Canceling does not automatically refund the most recent charge.
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank instead of contacting us, your account is suspended pending resolution. Future purchases from the same card may be declined. We strongly prefer you reach out first — refunds are faster and don't hit your record.
Transcription minutes consumed before a refund are not deducted from the refund amount in the first 14 days. After the window, used minutes don't carry over to a future re-subscription.
Reply to your billing receipt or the welcome email. We answer within 24 hours, refunds processed within 2 business days.
